The Leadership and Mentoring Skills Course (LMSC) is a compulsory 2-day course for all Sec 3 cadets.
The details of the course are as follows:
Date of course: 8th - 9th June 2012 (Friday to Saturday)
Time: 0800h - 1730h
Venue: Victoria School (to fall-in at area beside the canteen)
Attire: Day 1 - Full Uniform (tip-top condition); Day 2- PT Kit (School/NPCC-based [TO BE STANDARDIZED] T-shirt and BLACK Track Pants)
Things to bring:
1. Cadet Leader Manual (to be collected from Mr. Tee on Friday morning)
2. Writing Materials
3. Water Bottle
4. Cash for your own lunch
Attendance is COMPULSORY as LMSC is a PROMOTION CRITERIA for promotion to the rank of SERGEANT (and above). Sec 3 cadets who are absent WITHOUT a valid reason WILL NOT be allowed to attend the internal make-up LMSC to be held at a later date.
